In a country where rugby, AFL and cricket rule our sporting scene and screens, how do we get people to notice volleyball? Especially when most people have never even been to a game.
With Volleyfest 2017 on its way to Manly Beach in March, Volleyball Australia wanted to do something big. Something to get people talking about volleyball. And something that would get more people buying tickets to Volleyfest.

Because most Aussies have never seen a live volleyball game, technically they are volleyball virgins. So we decided to repurpose the popular phrase “V-plates” and encouraged people lose their volleyball virginity at Volleyfest 2017, in a suggestive and bold way.
