The Galaxy A5, is aimed at people looking for value for money over innovation or style. A market who ask a lot of questions, don’t really want to spend too much money and take forever to make up their mind about a purchase. If a sales person sees one of them coming, they’ll conveniently take their lunch break or pop out for a cigarette… or two.
The Sales Survival Kit
Our Sales Survival Kits were inspired by emergency action plan procedures, like a CPR poster you might see hung up on the wall of an office. We used a clever acronym C.B.R. to help our sales staff remember the 3 main features and benefits of the phone- camera, battery and resistance. We sent the pack to sales staff, to help guide them through the steps to successfully selling the A5.
